BONOMI HOMEGAS SYSTEM

BONOMI HOMEGAS system is manufactured according to UNI 11344 "multi-layer piping systems and meta-plastic fittings carrying gaseous fuels fo internal systems", and UNI 11343 "plant gas supply for domestic use fed by network distribution of bins and fixed GPL storage tanks, piping systems made of multi-layer metal-plastic-Design, installation and maintenance "and is composed of multi-layer pipe PE-Xb/Al/PE-Xb yellow, press brass fittings identified by GAS marking.
Valves and all connections and terminals that make up the multi-layered metal system are placed in special metal boxes with lid unsealed for inspection in accordance with UNI CIG 7129-1.

BONOMI HOMEGAS system can be used in air supply and distribution of gas at low pressure with the following applications:

• Type of Gas: Natural Gas (2nd family) and GPL (3rd family)
• Maximum operating pressure (MOP): 0,5 bar (500 Mbar)
• Temperature range: -20°C to +70 °C

General precautions of use

Installer should always verify the integrity of the connection before the installation.

It is forbidden:

• the use of fittings visibly damaged or otherwise not well conserved;
• the use of tools and/or jaws/templates other than those set by the system manufacturer in the operating instructions and warnings;
• the use of tubes other than those specified by the system manufacturer in the operating instructions and warnings;
• interfere with or replace any seal.

In the transport operation is appropriate to place the tubes on smooth surfaces and avoid unnecessary protrusions.
The tubes delivered on site (usually prepared in rolls or rods) should be stored in places away from sunlight and heat in order not to cause any damage to the tube surface. It is good practice to keep the tubes in the original packaging that contributes to the perfect preservation in order to protect the material from the solar UV radiation and avoid contact with sharp or abrasive bodies.
